FAQ

Common questions.

Is GoDeeper only for couples?

No. GoDeeper has decks for couples, partners, first dates, friends, parents, family, and teams. The question sets are written for each context — a team offsite deck feels very different from a late-night deck with a partner.

Is my data private?

Yes. GoDeeper does not store your conversation history or record your answers. The app works offline and no question data is sent to our servers.

Do I need an account?

No account is required to start. You can use GoDeeper as a guest. An optional account lets you track which questions you've done and sync across devices.

Can I use it offline?

Yes. Once downloaded, GoDeeper works without an internet connection.

What languages is it available in?

English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, and Japanese. More languages are being added.

Can I share a card with someone?

Yes. Any question card can be shared via iMessage, WhatsApp, email, or any other app. It's a good way to start a conversation before you're in the same room.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. GoDeeper is currently iOS only. Android is in our plans.

Where do the questions come from?

Our questions are written by people, not generated by AI. They're reviewed for wording that sounds natural when read aloud. Some draw on established research in relationship psychology — including Arthur Aron's intimacy work — but all are original.

Is GoDeeper appropriate for kids?

The Family deck is appropriate for all ages. Other decks are written for adults. We recommend parents review question sets before sharing with younger children.

How is this different from other conversation apps?

GoDeeper is a quiet app. No points, no streaks, no social feed. Just a question, and whoever you're with.
