Welcome to GoDeeper. These Terms govern your use of the GoDeeper mobile application. By using our app, you agree to these Terms.
App Store license. If you downloaded GoDeeper from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your license of the application. The terms on this page add terms for our service, content, and subscriptions and do not replace Apple’s EULA for the licensed app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GoDeeper, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.
2. Description of Service
GoDeeper is a mobile application that provides question decks designed to spark meaningful conversations across various relationship contexts including couples, friends, family, dating, and professional teams.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years of age to use GoDeeper. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. Account Registration
To use GoDeeper, you may create an account using Apple Sign-In. You agree to maintain the security of your account credentials and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems, reverse engineer or decompile the app, or copy, modify, or distribute the app’s content without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in GoDeeper, including questions, designs, graphics, and text, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use GoDeeper for your personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
GoDeeper may offer premium subscription features. Subscription pricing is displayed in the app and App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings. All purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests must be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
8. Content
Our questions are designed to be thought-provoking and conversation-starting. GoDeeper is for entertainment and social purposes only. The questions and content are not intended as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic). For professional guidance, consult qualified experts.
9. Privacy and Data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using GoDeeper, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services
GoDeeper integrates with Apple Sign-In, Supabase (data storage), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
11. Disclaimers
GoDeeper is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoDeeper and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or any damages arising from your use of the app.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms in the app and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of GoDeeper after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Apple-Specific Terms
These Terms are between you and GoDeeper, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for GoDeeper and is not responsible for any claims related to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
